General procedure for CHANGES in trade license

Do you want to make live changes, for example: cancel, suspend, expand business objects?

  • we handle all types of changes online, you do not need to visit any office,

  • an important data when changing a trade is the date FROM when the change is to be made.

  • the entrepreneur will indicate the date of the change himself, if he does not do so, the changes will be made the next day after the request is delivered,

  • you will receive a confirmation of business changes electronically by email.

  2. After completing the order for establishing a business, we will immediately send you the necessary documents by e-mail.

  3. You just need to sign the documents at the notary (registry office), scan them and send them back to us by e-mail.

  4. If you have an ID card with a chip, you don't need to go to a notary, just sign the documents for establishing a business with a ZEP and send them back by email.

  5. Payment: after payment, we will submit the Application for establishing a business to the trade register .

  6. The trade office has a statutory processing time of 1-5 working days.

  7. We will send you the registered business with the Zip code.

2/ After receiving the order, we will send you a completed request for changes by email.

  • You just need to sign the application at a notary or electronically with your ID card and eID application,

  • Return the scanned documents to us by email.

3/ Registration of changes in trade

  • You will be able to do business in a new trade (in new business subjects) right away.

  • You will receive the new trade certificate within 5 working days by e-mail in electronic form.

  • Or you can find it in the trade register.

  • Your ID number or other data do not change, you just get another certificate.

INTERRUPTION OF TRADE LICENSE

Explanations of terms

Suspension of business: is a temporary interruption of business for a certain period FROM - TO, but for a maximum of 2 years.

If you suspend your business, you can resume it at any time.

Termination of business : is the complete termination of business.

If you cancel the business, you will need to establish the business anew - it is possible with the same ID number.

It is enough to sign the application at a notary or electronically with an ID card with an e-chip using the eID application,

Return the scanned image to us by email.

3/ Payment

After paying the fee in a way that suits you: internet banking, card payment, etc.), we will expand your business immediately.

4/ Business registration

You will be able to do business in a new trade (in new business subjects) right away.

You will receive a new (additional) business license within three working days by email in electronic form. Or you can find it in the trade register.

Your ID number or other data will not change, you will only receive another certificate.
