A visa can be issued for one, two or more entries.

National visa type D

The conditions for granting a national visa are regulated by Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the residence of foreigners and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, as amended

Schengen and national visas are issued in the form of a visa sticker in the passport of a third-country national.
